Our sweet spot is 5 to 50 employees. For smaller companies, hourly rates are often more cost-effective; for larger ones, we create a custom proposal. Most of our clients have 15 to 35 employees.
How long does onboarding take?+
Typically 2 to 4 weeks from the first call to live operations. The first week covers analysis and the security baseline; the second week is the technical onboarding. Your employees barely notice the transition.
What happens during an IT emergency outside business hours?+
Our monitoring runs 24/7 and detects critical incidents automatically. In a real emergency (system outage, security incident), we respond outside regular hours as well. Availability terms are defined in the managed services contract.
Where is Nomad Solutions based?+
We are based in Germany and work remote-first, so geographic limitations are minimal. We serve SMBs across Germany and the EU. On-site visits within the greater region are included when needed.
