What exactly does Nomad Solutions do during M365 setup?+
We set up the complete tenant or bring an existing one into shape: user structure, Teams/SharePoint architecture, permissions concept, security policies (MFA, Conditional Access, DLP), email migration, device enrollment via Intune. Everything documented.
Can I migrate my existing tenant to Nomad Solutions?+
Yes. We take over existing tenants and bring them into order. This includes a tenant review, cleanup of the structure and implementation of our security baseline. Existing data and emails are preserved.
How long does a Microsoft 365 migration take?+
Typically 2 to 4 weeks. Week 1: assessment and planning. Weeks 2–3: email and data migration. Week 4: device enrollment and fine-tuning. For small companies (under 15 users) often faster.
What does Microsoft 365 setup cost?+
For managed services clients, the setup is included in the contract. For one-time projects we provide a fixed-price quote — typically between €2,000 and €5,000 depending on scope and number of users.
What are the advantages of Business Premium over Standard?+
The three most important: Intune for central device management (no local IT needed), Defender for Business for endpoint security (EDR instead of a basic antivirus), and Entra ID P1 for Conditional Access (access only from secure devices/locations).
